How does the warranty process work?
Just give us a call and let us know the symptoms your car is experiencing. If possible, bring your vehicle in for inspection while the problem is occurring. Since we retain all your vehicle's information in our computerized Shop Database, you don't have to worry about digging up your work order, we will ALWAYS have it on file.

During the Warranty Process, we will:
Inspect your vehicle and road test it with you. Make arrangements to transport you back home or work if necessary. Analyze the cause of the problem. Call you to keep you informed of our progress during the warranty process. Repair the problem and get you back on the road again.

Auto Tech will warranty all repairs for 12 months or 12,000 mile against defective parts and workmanship, provided the vehicle has been properly driven and maintained (for example a car accident may void warranty).

This warranty excludes used parts, or parts not purchased directly from Auto Tech. We will warranty only the defective part(s) or labor and are not liable for incidental damages beyond the defective parts or labor.

Used parts warranty is 30 days, parts only, unless otherwise specified.
